Please call to inquire about my fees. Reduced fee services are available for individuals with financial difficulties.

 

Insurance

We are in network with the following insurance panels: Aetna, Cigna, United, and Humana. If you are under an insurance that we do not accept, I can provide you with the information you’ll need to submit for partial reimbursement at whatever rate your insurance company sets for out-of-network providers. Please note that if you will be using insurance to cover your therapy services, I may need to give you a mental health diagnosis, which will become part of your permanent health record. Please contact me to discuss the pros and cons of this before you decide whether to go through your insurance to be reimbursed for my services.

 

Payment

Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
